It was an interesting test.  Some people received the attached Arrow PDF, and were pleased.  A few found nothing attached, which is mysterious.
 Thanks also for your eNews comments.  And we are looking into how other PAUSD schools handle eNews.  I know that some use ConstantContact, a commercial product.

P.S. if you have a minute, can you reply to this e-mail with a
  "yes" I did get the PDF attachment in the previous e-mail, or
  "no" I did not see an attachment (other than the phplist icon)

Maybe I'll spot a pattern.  Thanks.
