MessageFarm Work Day -- now 5/16
The farm work day scheduled for Sunday May 2 has been rescheduled to Sunday May 16th.

All the rain has been wonderful for the plants AND weeds. We look forward to seeing you out on the farm in two weeks.  Enjoy the may Fete Parade on Saturday and Mothers Day next weekend.  -- Brian
 

eWaste -- 5/8
 Just a reminder that on Sat. May 8th (same day as Spring Fling), an e-waste company will be at Ohlone from 9-3 to pick up "anything with a cord/plug, anything with a circuit board, and anything with battery power."

Also, bubble wrap/styrofoam I believe. (no household batteries, or big appliances such as fridge/washer/dryer).

Please do a garage sweep and bring all your stuff such as old TVs and CRTs to be recycled.  Thanks!  -- Peyma


CVC Meeting -- 5/4

All are welcome to the final working Core Values Committee meeting of the school year on Tuesday May 4th, 7:30 in the staff lounge. The agenda thus far is fairly quick:
  1. Come find out who your CVC Co-Chairs will be for next year. After 6 years of co-chairing the CVC, I will be passing the baton to a new co-chair. Kristen Lee will be staying on as co-chair.
  2. Spring Fling: New Student Buddy Table
  3. Pick the Core Value to highlight for next year
  4. Open Q&A for Pricipal Bill
